G'day Folks, currently looking to upgrade ePO from 361 to 40, I would like to also change the ports for agent to server and console to server communication at that time.
As I understand it, I will have to re-deploy a new agent to all clients, approx 500, roughly half being roaming laptops. Having roaming users comes with complications like bandwith for example. So my thought was to use a script to change the registry settings on the client side at login.
I think the only key i would have to modify would be; HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Network Associates\ePolicy Orchestrator\Agent Which has a value of "server.domain.com|10.10.10.10|80" (fqdn | ip | port)
Anyone every go this route or for see any problems?
