have you run the epo server task to generate records for compliance history?
its on the automation tab under server tasks
I get this all the time. If you check the agent log you should see a message that it failed to upload package to the server. In most cases for me deleting the agent GUID in the registery and either rebooting the computer or restarting the common framework service will fix the issue. Right now I got about 10 machines doing the same thing. What you may also encounter is where an agent will stop reporting the status but the client is still updating like it should.
Thanks for all the advice.
I will try the stopping and starting the framework service.
Really stupid that this happens. No way to know then really at a glance if systems are compliant or not.....
O well, keeps are job going...;)
I have this task in Automation but the status is 'invalid' and I can't edit or run it, is there any way to recreate this task? I also have a task called 'Inactive Agent Cleanup Task' which ishowing as 'invalid' too, any ideas? I think this has come as a result of having to recover my epo system from scratch (reinstall and restore of SQL and DB files etc.)
