Force install of SQL 2005 Express

I'm in the process of installing ePO on a server that already has SQL Server 2000 installed. When I launch the ePO setup program, I get a message box stating:

'The "Install SQL 2005 Express with NT authentication for use with this application" check box is disabled'

For various reasons, including the fact I may be removing SQL Server 2000 from this machine in the future, I would like to force the install program to allow me to install SQL 2005 Express and create my ePO database there.

Is there a way for me to do this?

We needed to do something similar because we did not want SQL 2005 to install to its default path check KB52190 "How to install Sql 2005 Express to a non-default location before installing ePO 4.0". After you have ePO up and running and reboot the sytem you will get some errors and need to follow the steps in KB51683 "Error: 1075: The dependency service does not exist or has been marked for deletion" to fix the issues.
