    Migrating from DLP 9.4 to 10.


      Hello folks,

      I'am migrating from DLP 9.4 to 10, but i'am experiecing issues like keyboard and mouse stopping working on installed workstations.

      What should be causing it?

          Hard to say without looking at the policy but as a general rule (assuming you can RDP in to an affected endpoint) remote-in and run the DLP diagnostic tool and see if any of your device control rules are blocking the HID devices or their parent controllers.

          You can find this under the devices tab in the diag tool.
