Yes. It's big problem for our users ;-(
The same problem is with with Adobe Reader 8.2.
same issue here, i can reproduce the issue everytime when printing from IE 11.
it occurs only with some specific web site.
of course if we turn off the "Web Protection" module, the issue doesn't occur.
on my side i can notice this error on HDLP_Agent but not sure it's related.
2017-06-12 12:39:56.921 [OERROR] [File Tracker] [ReadHttpPostFile::open] Post File is empty
2017-06-12 12:40:12.488 [OERROR] [Process Tracker] [ReputationManager::init] Failed to create DXL instance. Error: 3
i've already tried to add withlisted processes "fontdrvhost.exe" on the clipboard protection, but doesn't give better results.
[ IE 11 - Windows 7 x64 - DLP 10.0.250.92 and 184.108.40.2062 ]
Also noticed this issue.
I Disabled "Printing Handler" in Windows Client Configuration Policy >- Operational Mode and Modules.
This resolved the issue for some cases where printing failed. I still get the error on some pages, with the Printing Handler disabled.
I Disabled "Internet Explorer web protection" in Windows Client Configuration Policy >- Operational Mode and Modules.
This "seems" to resolve the issue for all cases where printing failed.
Not overly keen to drop web protection for IE, however it does appear to have resolved the issue. Is this something that is specific to the Hotfix release for the Chrome Browser (version 58) support or did it happen before that too?

Try the following:
Windows Client Configuration Policy -> Content Tracking -> Whitelisted Processes -> add process "iexplore.exe" and folder "%localappdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files".
Check "All Files","Empty Extension", and "Web".
Note: The iexplorer process will need to be restarted if it is open on the client system for this to take affect.
That resolved my issue. Waiting on confirmation from my SR as to if this is the permanent fix or a temporary workaround.
many thanks for the tips, it has solved the issue on my side also
