Did you check what the compliance criteria are ?
In the ePO console, go to Reporting, select the "VSE 8.7 compliance report".
- Click on EDIT.
- In the second screen "2.Chart" you see a sample red/green chart. Underneath this, click on the button "Configure criteria".
- Verify that your criteria aren't too restrictive (e.g. "Product Version equals 8.7.0.xxx" instead of "Product Version is greater than or equal to 8.7.0.xxx")
Hope it helps
In this there are " Hotfix/Patch Version (VirusScan Enterprise) -> Value is blank"
I set it "Equal 1"... Click over OK, Cluck over Run and chart now was correct. But my modify is not saved. Next time i change criterias will find " Hotfix/Patch Version (VirusScan Enterprise) -> Value is blank"
I know, I also see "blank" or ridiculous values for some clients.
I get some "blank", some "N/A", some with %VARIABLENAME%... I've tried and asked but didn't get a response about that. (See the thread : ePO Reports - VSE Compliance "No Engine and Dat Version" shown).
I've been told it could be because we're still using Agent 3.6.
But at least this way you have a mostly true. I usually don't check for patch/hotfix in the generic compliance report, I have set a specific one where I check version/patch distribution)
I'm very sad sad
Did you actually removed the test for "Value is blank"? I discovered the failure to save issue as well. What worked for me was only testing for specific values, and removing the "blank" test. This worked fine in our environment.
You have to test (RUN, RUN, RUN) the query and after that save (SAVE, SAVE) it!:D
