    Problem with Agent not communicating with EPO

      We have over 700-800 systems in the floor and only 400-500 are compliant or communicating.

      When I first notised the problem there was only 200-300 system communicating.. I was unable to Deploy mcafee agent 4.0.1345 thru EPO so i had to push using SMS. the package will uninstall all older version of agent and force to communicate using cmdagent /p. after push went successfully abt 700+ system was up.. but over time the number started falling again. some of the system will not respond when I try to view the log. I am taking over someone else job...

      where do i start??? is it something on the EPO stopping communication?? any ideas? how often should the agent communicate with the EPO server???
