How to safely share Mcafee repository in the Internet ?

We're implementing the HIPS 6.1 on laptops of our external sellers and we must share Mcafee repository with them in the Internet.

Do you know how to safely share our Mcafee repository and HIPS config files in the Internet for external Mcafee Agent ?

You might want to think about participating in the ePO 4.5 beta program. 4.5 has a new Agent Handler component which amongst other things is meant to sit in a DMZ and collect agent properties and distribute polices to Internet-based agents.

As far as a repository (just for getting dat updates), why not just have those machines pull directly from McAfee?

But i can't use something that is in beta test :(

Mcafee repository shares config files for HIPS and VirusScan. This is very
confidential files for us and I don't want to share this files for all
users in the Internet without access passwords or something like that.

I thinking about share this repository behind revproxy (apache), but
revproxy doesn't send correct passwords to IIS server (Mcafee)
