    Computer blocked referring to anti-theft protection blockage - how to resolve ?


      Today out of the blue my computer did not start-up. It showed a screen mentioning that the system is locked.

      Intel(R) Anti-Theft Technology system lock due to : Platform Attack detected

      There are two choices either recover by using a User Password or by a Server Token Password.

      I have tried both options but failed. Intell, McAfee cannot help us and the IT-specialist cannot access the hard-drive to solve the problem.

      Can we get some advise on how to solve this
