    Outlook hangs on every received e-mail VSE 8.8 patch 9

      I rolled out VSE 8.8 patch 9 to my users mid April.  since then we have had a few users complain that when ever they receive an email in outlook 2016 their computer will freeze for a few seconds.  I have found that disabling the Mcafee e-mail scan add-in alleviates the problem.  I am interested to see if anyone else has experienced this issue, and if there are any known solutions other than disabling the outlook add-in.  The affected OSs have been both windows 7 and windows 10.  VSE is 8.8 patch 9 in every case and the McAfee agent version is 5.0.4.283.
