Upgrading McAfee Disk Encryption from 7.2.0 to 7.2.1 on tablet devices (Lenovo Yoga and MS Surface pro)

      Hi Guys,

I haven't had time to dig into the issue in details and before I start I wanted to check if anyone has seen this already.

What I have is two devices : Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Yoga 1st gen and Microsoft Surface Pro 3 running on Microsoft Windows 10 Pro.

As part of the imaging process the devices received MDE 7.2.0 package. The installation was successful and from the ePO side I do not see any issues, the disks are encrypted, disk state is "Active":

Here is the useful eego statistic :

      Results
      Data Channel Delay (ms)4500
      Data Channel PingSuccess
      Data Channel ResponseSuccess
      Disk StatusSuccess
      Incompatible ProductsSuccess
      S.M.A.R.T.Success
      Supported DriveSuccess

So now the issue. I tried to upgrade those devices to version 7.2.1 by pushing upgrade from ePO. The upgrade task succeeded for the MDE Agent and Go but not for the actual encryption package (as shown on the screenshot)

      Any thoughts?

      Your help is appreciated!
