    Cannot open outlook attachment after updated


      Recently the McAfee WebAdvisor is updated. the current version is 4.0.124. After updated, If the outlook email's attachment is in rich text format, I cannot open it. The outlook will show an error "Outlook cannot open the document: user does not have access privileges.". If I change the email to html format, I can open the document. I try to uninstall the WebAdvisor, the rich text format email's attachment can open again?

      I try to turn off the WebAdvisor for outlook that is suggested in this post. but it isn't work.
