I would try submitting to McAfee Labs following these Guidelines/Instructions: What To Do When McAfee Detects Software As An Infection - How to Submit To McAfee Labs & Appeal

I recieved this correspondence back? I thought you had already submitted the detection. Please follow the McAfee Labs Engineer's request,especially since I have escalated it on your behalf.
