After submitting your Artemis! detection,you should receive an automated reply back from McAfee Labs. Which includes a Analysis ID #. After following protocol of allowing 2-3 days for your detection to be analyzed/processed. If you have not heard back, kindly provide us the Analysis ID # and I/We will escalate your case on your behalf.
