it seems thats you have Problems with the Epo Internet Connection to McAfee.
Try under Automation to runter the Repository Refresh Task.
Do you get any Errors in the Server Task log then?
Check on your firewall that you have port 8801 open - you need them for MyAvert to function.

check settings and if you use a proxy reenter the password by ticking the change password and reentering the same one
proxy not used
if you are not using a proxy and you have direct access out on the relevant ports then you must have some other device inbetween thats blocking the access.
