ER1400 errors

I'm running an ELM search for a customer for data that's a year old. The search pulls back results OK - about 8000 lines of data, but I cannot download it - the error I get is Could not retrieve results (ER1400)


This error appears not to be documented. The SIEM's an all-in-one, VM12, running 11.1.3.


For reference, is the search data saved anywhere that I could (for example) extract it with WinSCP?


Any help appreciated (for reference, suggestions that we upgrade are not regarded as helpful)
