I have system that shown as encrypted at the ePO but I can’t see the client and the “common framework” folder is empty, how can I uninstall the agent and decrypt the system ?
We also tried to reinstall the agent , didn't work ..
You'll get no assistance for this problem in Community Interface Help so I moved it to Business - ePO.
