unable to view client agent logs from epo

I have recently upgraded McAfee ePO from 4.5.4 to 4.5.6.

On the server when i open ePO and  click any computer to view its agent logs, i can see the agent logs.

But when i open ePO webpage from any client computer and try to see any computers agent logs i am getting error. Only on the server i can see the client agent logs.I have tried on firefox also but its not working.

I can tell telnet from server to client and client to server using the port number.

There is no blocking from firewall i have checked it.

Hi,

As per your query, the issue with the option: “Accept connection only from the ePO server”. is enabled from the Agent general policy.

Uncheck the option and eforce the policies and try again.

Attached the screenshot from the Agent general policy  as below.
