This article describes how to clear the local reputation cache data for testing and troubleshooting purposes.
To clear the local reputation cache, make an arbitrary change to the following "Rule Assignment" settings in the client user interface or the policy. After you clear the cache, revert to the original "Rule Assignment" settings.
When the cache is cleared, the following message is logged in the ATP activity and debug logs:
Clear cache setting is enabled. Clearing JCM cache.
