"Agent Deployment" server task does not expire when it cannot reach the client computer

Hello all

I've configured ePO to run a deployment task on all unmanaged systems, scheduled all 15min.

This has been working pretty fine for a while.

However, this task is no longer running as scheduled.

Actually it is only running once after the restart or when I run it manually.

Obviously the scheduled task will not be started more than once at a time and I'm fine with that.

The problem is that the task will not be canceled either when clients are not reachable.

Currently the task is stuck at 54% and runnig for 47hrs although the task is configured to cancel after 5min.

This issue was already known from previous versions and it should be fixed in epo 5.1.1

Our server is currently running epo 5.3.0 and no updates are available,

Has anyone experienced the same difficulties?

Any ideas how to proceed? Open a service request?

Finally found epo 5.3.1 patch in the support section.

After the update the problem seems to be fixed
