Please check whether your Lnux machine is supported or not.

To check in your ePO :

Please go to the system tree>my organization:In preset please select=This group and all subgroups and search your machine.

if the agent is communicating with your ePO, You will be able to see under your system tree.

Please refer the attached screenshot.

Re: linux

Check /var/McAfee/agent/logs on the client.  The masvc log will show it starting asci - follow that attempt in the log and see if it was successful or failed to communicate, and if failed, what was the error?

Re: linux

Remove the agent and make sure all the remnants are gone, make sure you are using a supported version for your Linux version and reinstall per the install guide for the agent.  Are you installing locally or through epo?

Re: linux

Hi LKS,
I'm afraid that the first link doesn't work, cannot be opened.
I am planning to install the latest Agent 5.6.3 on SUSE Linux Enterprise Servers, is the second link still the right one?

Re: linux

I was able to open the first link.  Here is what it opened to:

https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB75550&_ga=2.228527006.262844315.1583753161-1...

If there are remnants remaining, it may fail to reinstall properly.
