First of all, what makes a system complied: On-Access Scan, Access Protection and Exploit prevention activated. And of course, it's need to use the last version of the product of your repository in the machines, and last version of DAT from your repository.

You need to do this in all of machines, so creating tasks for this is the best option. One task for update the DATs on the systems, one task for install the last version of the products, and all the policies of ENS activated.

First you have to give the specifics of all the components you're running.

Secondly review the details of the dashboard monitor you're using to determine compliance. It may have to be tuned to better reflect your environment. If you're using AD sync then you could have a lot of unmanaged machine objects so you may want to add a filter for Managed State = Managed.
