how to set wake up call for agents in Nat or for roaming users

Hi Team,

can any one help me to set wake up call for agents in nat.I am unable to set wake up call .

i mean when i click wake up it's not working but updating and all working fine

traffic is getting blocked by your firewall, you have to wait for the ASCI.

You could apply a short communication time for those devices when they match a certain subnet for example.

As you said i put communication time 10 and update interval 20 but its not happening
