exclusion not work corectly

Hello Dear Friends

1)I define a rule in mcafee  policy as VSE user defined rules, not to create new files into temp folders but it blocked all users applications.

so I should exclude some programs such as google update but the exclusion does not work correctly and  the blocking is continued.

why my exclusion does not work correctly?I read all papers about exclusion but it is not helpful.please see my specific example below

**\*GOOGLEUPDATE.EXE\**\*,

C:\PROGRAM FILES (X86)\GOOGLE\UPDATE\GOOGLEUPDATE.EXE

policy rules.png

2)The other question is that, is this policy necessary  or I  could delete this  ?

Re: exclusion not work corectly

Is it possible to avoid computers  not to create files on temp folder?

I define this rule as user defined rules but many programs run in this path therefore many clients not pleasure McAfee by this result.

if I delete this rule is McAfee able to scan these files and clean them?
