epolicy orchestrator 4.5 unmanage problem, cannot determine ip

i'm fresh install mcafee,

after i add new system, it is unmanage, when i ping then it say unable to determine host ip.

what is the problem?

You just can ping hosts that installed agents. So you must deploy agent to client before you can ping success!
