RE: epo console canot login

Have you checked the server.ini has the correct settings (same as on the actual server console)
have you checked the browser security exceptions are still in place on the workstation

RE: epo console canot login

Here is what happen:
I Install & configure ePo 3.6.1 without any patch on windows 2003 server R2 SP2 with SQL 2005 then I install the ePo 3.6.1 console on my PC, until this point everything was running fine and I can access ePo from server and from my PC.

After one month I remember that I did not install the patch for ePo then I want o McAfee site and download patch 3 for ePo 3.6.1, then I install the patch 3 on the server and after the installation I tried to login to ePo but I couldn’t, so to solve it I want to ePo directory on the server and run this tool “c:\programs files\mcafee\epo\3.6.1\CfgNaiMs.Exe” and I just reentered the password for the administrator and review.

Note: both of them was my admin account on the domain.

After I reentered the password it work fine and I can login from the server again then I want back to my PC and I install patch 3 and tried to login and I couldn’t until this time..

This is the whole story.
