Sorry, I can understand the confusion. The logic for the tense is that the fix is written and confirmed, so it is technically "fixed" from a code perspective. The package in being finalized to be released as a whole and therefore not RTW yet.

True, but please treat RTW readers respectfully. It would be much better to say (or at least to add) that "ePolicy Orchestrator 4.5 Patch 1" will be released in the near future (in relation to document date). Then it would not give impression that Patch 1 has been already released.
Keep in mind that our clock runs in RTW time, not McAfee internal.
