We need to integrate ePo 4.5 with HP Service Desk.
Does someone know how do it? Do you know if any guide/procedure exists?

Indeed ePo can be integrated with HP service Desk 4.5 and 5.1.
However, what about HP Service Manager 7.11?
I'm afraid not - only 4.5 and 5.1.
If you would like to see support for service manager, please let your sales contact know. I know that some other customers are interested in this: the more people that request it the more likely it is to be implemented.
sorry if it is an obvious answer.. but what will happen if I select service desk 5.1as registered ticketing server but I copy the files from my service manager 7.11?
