Re: ePO menu are not displayed

Hello,
Using the fqdn fix the issue.. while adding URL to the trusted site doesn't.
Any idea why fqdn works when DNS alias not ?

Re: ePO menu are not displayed

What type dns alias - hostname or IP?  Without looking at browser debug logs, I can't say, but it may have to do with certificate mismatch on hostname if using hostname alias.  That is just a guess without any data.  Might want to also check to see how the alias is set up in dns to verify it resolves correctly.

Re: ePO menu are not displayed

Thanks.
DNS alias is something like https://epoxxxx.domain:port where epoxxx is not IP and not servername.
DNS is working fine for me, for his colleagues, and for him through Internet Explorer.

Re: ePO menu are not displayed

Then I would suspect it not being trusted due to the certificate epo presents not matching the dns alias hostname.  You can use browser dev tools to look at the logs to see if you see any errors.
