ePO goes to MFS mode

Hi all,

This problem is killing me! On our server after a while the ePO goes to MFS mode and it shows the following error. The only solution I have is to reinstall the ePO but the problem keeps repeating. Is there any absolute solution to this? And why does it happen?

Re: ePO goes to MFS mode

Can you please send me a directory listing of the epolicy orchestrator\server\extensions\installed directory?  To do that, go to the command prompt,  change directory to that path where epo is installed and run dir /s >c:\windows\temp\dirList.txt

In the epo console under server settings, policy and task retention, do you have that enabled?

When did this issue start and what changed?  Also, please get the following output of this query in sql.

select * from orionextensions order by name desc

Re: ePO goes to MFS mode

Thank you for your reply. For the time being I reinstalled the ePO and this tie I installed the MSSQL manually waiting to see whether this repeats.

Thank you again.
