Thanks for your help all.
Hello,
you have to select in the download portal "all Versions". This ist the big grey button on the right everyone is looking for.
Have you used this user to install Extensions into EPO?
Cheers
Thanks, I found it.
if you had to change the user account connecting to sql when this started, as you said, are you sure that new user account has appropriate permissions to the database? Does it have the same permissions the old account had?
Was my reply helpful?
If this information was helpful in any way or answered your question, will you please select Accept as Solution in my reply and together we can help other members?
The new user account has the exact same permissions as the previous user account.
Another Question,
have you opened a support ticket? I think it is hard to find a solution for you, because there can be so many different errors. Support will to a remote session to look directly on your EPO Server.
Cheers
Sorry, I thought this was the place to log a support. I have found the right portal & have managed to log a ticket there.
Download the new ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) Support Center Extension which simplifies ePO management and provides support resources directly in the console. Learn more about ePO Support Center
