ePO deployment credentials changed - not upgrading epO agent

Hi,

We have an ePO managing about 150 hosts and erroneusly had changed deployment credentials for ePO deployment and upgrade in new machines.

After that, we noticed that it can´t deploy new versions of ePO agent, even if it´s marked as "current" in software repository.

We don´t have anymore the old credentials, and they were not like any of the credentials we use in our domain. It appeared to be a service credential of macafee.

Is there any way of change the deployment credentials for the agents that already been deployed previously to the credential change?

Thanks in advance,

Jean

Credentials (local or AD) can be used to install the agent; yet after the install the agent will use the local system account to establish/maintain communication with the ePO server. Perhaps create a new local or AD account with rights on those systems and try a test deployment.

a small add to tao comment

Distribute again the agent with force option activated to regain control on computers. just add in this task the new credential for that domain. Never try to recover in this sutation the installed agent, just enforce a new one.
