ePO Password Storage

Where are the passwords stored for 1. registered servers --> ePO Servers --> local ePO server --> (DB name and port) username/password 2. registered servers --> LDAP Servers --> server type = AD --> username/password

For the tables, yes, that is in the epo database.  The db.properties file is located here on the epo server itself and on an agent handler, the second path:

C:\Program Files (x86)\McAfee\ePolicy Orchestrator\Server\conf\orion

C:\Program Files (x86)\McAfee\Agent Handler\db

Usernames and passwords are stored in the orionregisteredserversmt table, where passwords are encrypted and not readable.  The db.properties also contains the password hash for the epo server db account and is also encrypted and the encryption value is different from epo to ah (seeded differently) so they can't simply be replaced from one to the other db.properties.
