I currently use ePO 5.3.2. Recently all the agents have stopped communicating. The Agent Handler is displaying the DNS Name correctly, but the IP Address is displaying ::1
I have reinstalled the agent on one machine as a test, and it communicates correctly with correct IP being displayed. The issue is there are over 100 pc's and before reinstalling all agents, I need to figure out what has broken to ensure it doesnt happen again.
Has anybody seen this happen before or know of possible causes. The ePO logs do not show anything helpful.
You mean Handler IP address shows :1 in Agent handler page in ePO server?
To investigate this, I would suggest to open case with Support.
