When I deply the agent on XP, I get the following error.

Re: ePO 5.1 Agent Deployment Error

Hi,

Is your server listening on port 443 ?

On EPO 4.6 this port was disabled by default but apparently EPO needs this secure port for his clients to communicate with.

Hope this helps.

Puedes revisar si puedes accesar a la ruta \\equipo\admin$ esto con el usuario que estas intentando desplegar

Google Translate

You can check if you can access the route  \\equipo\admin$ this with the user you're trying to deploy

Re: ePO 5.1 Agent Deployment Error

The client system is in the workgroup. I can not access   \\equipo\admin$.

But if I manually create some shares on XP, I can access those shares.

If I try to access   \\equipo\admin$

it prompts for username/password, even after entering the correct admin username/password, it keeps prompting the login window.

Re: ePO 5.1 Agent Deployment Error

If you can't access the admin$ share then neither can you push an agent as this is a requirement for it to work.

You will need to resolve that Windows problem or use another method to install the agent.

I think this is a common issue in a workgroup environment> Has anyone faced similar issue?
