ePO 5.1.1 server tasks don't expire as configured

Hi everyone,

I have this server task:

As You can see Number of attempts is 2 and abort is 5 minutes, but when I look at server task logs situation is very bad, because tasks not expiring

Why??????

Hi,

Agent Deployment Tasks which do not expire are a known issue, see KB79875.

I have ePO version 5.1.1 build 357 therefore this hotfix isn't applicable for this version. I try to accomplish solution 2 mentioned in  KB79875

SQL query Select count(*) from OrionTaskQueueMT return value 54, therefore I set total maximum tasks to 60. And issue still exist, I have a lot of unexpired tasks in server task log.

could you launch the SQL query again for the current value?

Could you look at the not expiring server task how much subtasks there are?

At this moment unexpired  tasks are 21

Hmm, well then I'm at a loss. I would open a SR with McAfee quoting the KB.

Any news in this case, i have same issue started 2 days ago...

I open SR to McAfee support. Send log files and now waiting response.
