ePO 4.6 Dashboard reports computers with VirusScan Enterprise as "Non-compliant" Why?
Attached two screenshots to clarify
They're non-compliant because 1 or more pieces of software don't meet minimum requirement stated in the query.
From your screen grabs i would guess it's because the agent versions are too old. The query probably has a line in it saying "Agent Version => 4.6.0"
The problem is that the teams have the DAT version (Virusscan Enterprise) 7104 and now is 7110
The DAT version (Virusscan Enterprise) of these devices can be updated from the ePO server? as you would?

Query resuolts deponds on the criteria that you set for any specific query. Before running a query you must push latest DAT and then you muust know what version of VSE and McAgee Agnet are you using.
With these info you can build a query and get the resuilts and if you find any machine is stiill non compliance with set criteria then you should select that machine and update it with "Run Client Task or Update Now options from ePO.
