This is the important bit: it appears that ePO cannot resolve update.nai.com. Can you download update.nai.com/Products/CommonUpdater/catalog.z  from a web browser on the ePO server itself?

Thanks -

Joe

Re: ePO 4.5 failed to update the Master Repository

Hi Joe,

What is the meaning of "update.nai.com/Products/CommonUpdater/catalog.z"? What does it do?

What if the download of that link failed, does it mean that there's a problem with the ePO server or just in my internet connection? I don't use proxy in my ePO server.

Thanks,

Rodly

Re: ePO 4.5 failed to update the Master Repository

Catalog.z is one of the files downloaded during a pull task - I was just using it as an example to test the connection

If the download failed, then it means that the ePO server machine is unable to reach the download site, which would imply a problem with the internet connection (in this case, DNS, I would guess.)

HTH -

Joe

Re: ePO 4.5 failed to update the Master Repository

I see... For now, I'll test this in my ePO server. I'll give you a feedback once I solved this issue. Thank you very much!
