ePO 4.5 Problems with reply to repositories, error code 0

Dear McAfee staff,

I need your help in order to resolve my problems with the deploy of database to my repositories. As a summury I have downloades from ePO 4.5 the last Virus Definition, then I do the reply to 5 repositories (using ftp option as file transfer) but after finish the deployment to repositories I have some error, those are what I attaches in the file "McAfeeAntivirus-ePo". Trompeteros and Andoas Site are similar place with the same network infraestructre but I do not know why Trompeteros (10.71.99.202) has errors like:

Hope you can help me to resolve this issue; if I miss some data please let me know for attaching more information.

Check to make sure the repository L8 is not out of disk space.

hi there, your answer is wrong, I have many free disk space. Hope you can give me more alternative.

Hi Christian,

Did you checked the ftp credentials of L8 repository ? there might be authentication failure of that ftp repo to download DAT files.

Concerning Sathish's comment, here is a link for KB68506 that talks about the test credential option.

Have you tried to manually move your repository using FTP? This might tell us if the problem is wither within ePO, in transit, or in the destination.

Considering that it replicated to other respositories with no issues/warnings makes me think ePO is acting normally. Unless you used different credentials for each repository, I don't see that being an issue.

What troubleshooting have you done on the L8 repository? Have you checked the mcscript.log, agent.log, how about windows event logs?

Another thought I don't if it's related or not, it shows at 9:19 that it tried to upload 7179aw.gem and failed twice...then 3 minutes later, it doesn't try that same gem file but now shows 7203aw.gem... Those relate to DAT versions I believe, so what version is showing currently in the repository? perhaps even though there are errors the files eventually get uploaded. again, just a thougt....
