ePO 4.5 - Domain computers without McAfee - Somebody help me? Please.

Jump to solution

How do I find domain computers without antivirus in ePO 4.5?

I just see the computers that are already managed by ePO on the "System Tree".

Thanks.

Go to "System Tree" > "Group Details" tab, and click on "Edit" in "Synchronization type" session.

ADsync.png

In "Synchronization type", select "Active Directory"

In "Synchronize", select "Systems and container structure"

In "Systems that exist elsewhere in the System Tree", select "Move systems from their current System Tree location to the synchronized group"

In "Active Directory domain", select "Use Domain" and type your domain NETBIOS name

In "Active Directory settings", check to use SSL

In "Active Directory credentials", type your domain name, the domain administrator username and his password

In "Containers", click on "Browse" and select which OU you want to use on the sync

In "When systems are deleted from the synchronization point", select "Delete the systems from the System Tree"

Click on "Save", or if you want to test it, in "Last synchronization", click on "Synchronize Now".

Then you can create a task to synchronize with your AD, ok?

Let me now if you need something else.

Vandrey Trindade

Hi Suporte INPI,

What method do you use to add computers to ePO?

Here, I've used the AD Synchronization... so I have all computers in my System Tree (unmanaged and managed systems).

I add computers manually.

When I try to sync with AD on "Serve Task" ePO does not show my System Tree (AD).
