ePO 4.0 and VirusScan 8.0

Hi everybody and sorry for my bad english.
I have a little problem with ePO console 4.0.
In my environment there are more than 12000 agent installed.
In 100 agents in which there is installed VirusScan 8.0, under "installed product" in the client information page on ePO console, I don't see the VirusScan information.
The only way to see them is run a script forcing the add of a registry key (sorry but in this moment i don't remember the name of the registry key) on client. After this procedure the VirusScan information appears on ePO console. For you what is the problem? Is it possible to run this script via ePO through External commands?

have you checked vse 8.0 into epo4 cos if you havnt then they will all show as blank

Is it possible run an external script via ePO console to resolve the issue in KB60593?

There is a tool to reset the PluginFlag but it is only available through support. Please call in to open an SR for this.
