agent icon is not showing in system tray

The machine is communicating with the server but system tray is not showing the icon. I tried the command line actions but I'm getting a "this app can't run on this pc".

Are you perchance connected via RDP?  The tray icon doesn't load when you connect remotely; it only automatically loads on the local console.  You can force it remotely using "cmdagent.exe /s" from the Agent install folder (latest agent installs to C:\Program Files\McAfee\Agent).
