Re: You can find the virtual machines in the system tree?

Although your English isn't quite perfect, i'm assuming that you mean you can't find your virtual machines in the system tree.

1. How have you deployed your agent to these virtual machines?

2. Are you cloning a single VM instance into multiple VMs?

3. Are the MAC addresses for your virtual machines unique?

Basically ePO identifies computers by a uniquely generated agent GUID. If this GUID is generated and stored in the registry of a VM before it's cloned then all clones will be identified by ePO as the same machine. What could be 5 deployed VMs will appear in ePO as one machine and as each VMs agent ASICs with ePO the details are overwritten into the single ePO instance.

You need to follow this KB entry on your 'master' VM image before copying or repeat the process on all your existing VMs.

No, I need to know if you can figure out which virtual machines are in the tree with a filter system or something

Re: You can find the virtual machines in the system tree?

Apologies.

I have a couple of VM on HyperV and the 'McAfee ePO Deep Command Discovery Plugin' detects a 'System model' value of 'Virtual Machine'.

So a query using that value should list all virtual machines

I don't run VMWare or any other VM software so don't know if they report the same value but it might be a start.
