Windows Login Problem After Installing EEPC7.1.3

Jump to solution

Hello,

I recently installed ePO 5.1.0 and have deployed/installed agents on my machines. The machines are reachable through pings and are being managed. The problem I am having is that after I deploy EEPC 7.1.3 to the machines I get stuck at the windows login page. I press ctrl+alt+delete, the login disappears and just sits there for a bit, and then comes back with ctrl+alt+delete. I get stuck on the page and do not get prompted to enter my credentials.I've tried logging in through safeboot and reparing/reboot to no avail. I've checked that EEPC7.1.3 works with Windows 7 64bit and I have enough ram, memory, etc. I have looked around on the forums, but did not see anyone else have this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you update the extensions to at least 7.0 patch 2 before you deploy?
