Windows Authorization setting not available under server settings

Hi all,

     we are working on user logon to ePO 4.6 console using windows authentication

Manual says

  1. Menu, Configuration, Server Settings.
  2. Click Windows Authorization and click Edit.
  3. Complete the following in Windows Authorization Settings:      

But we are not getting Windows Authorization settings ... what need to do resolve this issue?

Configuration :  ePO 4.6.1 installed on windows server 2003 which is domain controller (we have only one domain controller on the network)

Hi Hem,

Thanks for your reply. As per the manual i can able to login the user who is having admin rights defined on Active Directory.

User without having administrator rights cant able into login (though it was assigned to any permission sets) ePO.

I believe you will assing ''AD user group" in ePO permission set than users. Correct.

To troubleshoot the issue,

1. Are the users part of user group in AD when you included in ePO permission set?

2. At ePO login screen. Under user name, it will be domain\<user name>. If login fails then may I know the error mesage it fails with?
