Wake up Agents shows as failed in Server Task Log (but Agent does wake up)

I have an issue within ePO when i perform a Agent Wake up call it shows within the Server Task Log as expired, but when i have the Client Agent Status monitor open I can see that the Wake Up Call was sucessfull??

This appears to be a relatively recent issue, a while back the DB hit the 4GB limit for SQL Express 2005 so we upgraded to SQL 2008 Express and the DB is now at around 5GB.

I'm happy to post logs etc so can anyone point me in the right direction?
