It is the storage location of the file when it is downloaded (Folder IIS Inetcache) which changes each time ...

Try excluding "dot" as a file type instead of using any path.  That should exclude scanning for any of those files.  However, that even may not be effective, depending on how it is being detected.  If it is being detected as an unwanted program, you have to exclude it there by whatever detection name it is being detected as.  Did you submit a sample as a false detection so they can make sure the dats get updated to not detect it any longer?
