VSE1.7 for Linux & EPO

Hello,

I've just install VSE 1.7 on few computers but my EPO console don't see theses linux computers.

I see that I can creste a response file in /root/nails.options

like:

SILENT_ACCEPTED_EULA="yes"

SILENT_INSTALLDIR="/opt/NAI/LinuxShield"

SILENT_RUNTIMEDIR="/var/opt/NAI/LinuxShield"

SILENT_ADMIN="admin@example.com"

SILENT_MONITORPORT="65443"

SILENT_SMTPHOST="0.0.0.0"

SILENT_SMTPPORT="25"

SILENT_NAILS_USER="nails"

SILENT_CREATE_USER="yes"

SILENT_CREATE_GROUP="yes"

SILENT_RUN_WITH_MONITOR="yes"

SILENT_QUARANTINEDIR="/quarantine"

SILENT_START_PROCESSES="yes"

SILENT_CONTINUE_INSTALL_ON_PAM_ERROR="no"

But where I can register the name/ip of the EPO server ?

In order to get a machine under the control of ePO, you need to install the McAfee Agent on it - I'm guessing that this is the problem

Please see the MA 4.6 Product Guide - PD23185 - for details of the agent and how to install it on the machines.
