User access 90 days no activities

Jump to solution

Is there anyways we can setup in ePO to disable use access if they fail to login more than 90 days?

Also, how can I generate a report that shows only Admin Users.

Q) Is there anyways we can setup in ePO to disable use access if they fail to login more than 90 days?

A: AFAIK, there is no way to disable Inactive users. Please submit Idea #: KB60021

Q) Also, how can I generate a report that shows only Admin Users.

You can pull it from database. Please run the below query.

Select *from OrionUsersMT where Admin ='1'

Thank you Hem! I will submit my idea as you suggested.

I am aware of the option to run the query against the database, I was hoping the option directly from ePO.

Another question: Any document from Mcafee that help for PCI-Audit preparation, like check list?

ePO has a password policy where you can set the password to expire after 90 days, which would require that to be changed before they can log in again, but as Hem pointed out, the inactive account disablement is not a current feature.

As for generating a report for only admin users, you can go to the audit log and filter by username, or you can go to queries and reports, new query, choose logging as the type and audit log entries.  There you can filter it as desired.

I meant to specify that epo 5.10 has the password policy - that is the first version where that is introduced.
