With ePO 4.5, I tried to upgrade Virusscan Entreprise from 8.7 Patch 1 to Patch 5 and it doesn't work!
Is there somebody has got the same trouble? and has a solution?
How have you tried to update it?
Firstly you check in the patch in to the master repository and then you have to create a client task to update your clients (create task and select 'Product Update' from the drop down box and on the next screen check the box near the bottom for Patches and serivice packs: VirusScan Enterprise 8.7.0).
That's what I did and it rolled the patch out fine (well apart from the issues it created!)
It looks like you don't have the VirusScan 8.7i extensions checked in to ePO?
You need to go to Menu | Software | Extensions | Install extensions and browse and add VIRUSSCAN8700.Zip and VIRUSSCANREPORTS.Zip (these are part of the original VirusScan package).

Ah, OK, that's interesting because that's not really any different than I have done and I certainly have 8.7 listed under my product updates.
Hopefully one of the resident McAfee guys (or girls!) will be able to add to this as I'm not sure what else to do.
It looks from the screenshot like you have checked in the full install package rather than the update package - ideally you need both Please see this thread for details...
